German UG Unternehmergesellschaft (Limited Liability Company)
Product Details

Your UG immediate formation for a total of € 698 including notary fees and including court costs and Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

If desired, you have the option of acting as a pre-company under the name of your company immediately after ordering.

The company will be founded by a German notary according to the information you provide (which you send to us using the form after the order has been successfully placed).

The future shareholder either simply signs a power of attorney without a notary visit and is represented by us with the power of attorney at the notary's appointment, or we prepare the notary's appointment at a notary's office at your place of residence.

Only the future managing director signs the prepared application to the responsible commercial register with a notary of his choice.

Done!

For EUR 698 you will receive a newly founded UG (limited liability company) with a share capital of EUR 1000 (which you must pay into your bank account) including notary fees and fees for the commercial register for the entry sample protocol.

The company consists of a managing director and a shareholder.

We recommend registering a company with a share capital of at least EUR 1,000 for a number of reasons. However, should you wish to do so, we can set up a company for you with a much lower share capital than EUR 1,000 (e.g. EUR 50).

The "automatic" opening of a German or European bank account as well as a business registration is technically not possible, since these are business transactions that are in principle reserved for the management.

However, a fiduciary manager and/or shareholder can be employed, who in turn opens a bank account as the official manager or registers a business.
