Time is charged in 0.10-hour increments for attending to matters as a LLC manager. We allocate work and responsibility based on the nature of the matter and the personnel best qualified to handle the matter. Clients are also responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred on their behalf and which are not included in the fee-for-service packages outlined above.
